Why doesn't Wubi work with herd 4

If Wubi is to be official with Ubuntu 7.10 why doesn't Wubi work with herd 4 so testers can report on any noticed problems?

We are porting lupin/wubi within official Ubuntu. We have not finished that process yet. So please hold on. A 7.10 release will be available soon.
