Wubi

Triple Boot Win 7Ulti, Win XP and Ubuntu 10.04

Hi guys ive got quick question im running windows 7 ultimate and windows xp in dual boot using the windows 7 boot loader if i was to install ubuntu inside windows xp would it show up on the windows 7 boot loader? or should i make another partition and install it separately to the other os's

You would be using Grub and it will detect the other OSes and they will be automagically added to grub for you. Wubi is ok as a short try before you buy but i recommend using win7's partition tool to resize the NTFS partitions and use the free space to installa REAL Ubuntu install.

Wubi has a LOT of shortcomings, especially if the bootloader breaks it is VERY hard to fix wheras a real install can be repaired in live CD very easily.
