error of icons in Wingpanel

hello, I'm a user of Elementary os loki 0.4.1 and I present two problems in Wingpanel

the first and most annoying is when I install gajim chats (apt-get install gajim) when I close it does not show me the icon in the wingpanel and when I try to open it it tells me that there is another one in execution

the second is that when the language of the distro to Spanish the calendar stayed in English completely and does not change
