Get Error message when trying to install program

I have downloaded the .exe file from Sourceforge but when I try to run it even as administrator it won't run and gives me the following error:

Setup was unable to create the directory

"C:\Users\'username'\AppData\Local\Temp\is-MU55K.tmp".

Error 1392: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

Seems to be a disk problem on your computer.
Try http://support.microsoft.com/kb/176646 or any other solution proposed in the web search results for "Error 1392: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."
