Image Writer

can't read from a microSD card

I used the software to duplicate microSD cards for a Udoo quadBoard and it worked fine. I'm trying now to do the same but it would not read from the device.
I can still write to a microSD card from a previously saved image
Any suggestions

Specific OS? Version of ImageWriter? Any error message seen? Size of SD card?

Windows 7, Image writer v0.9.5, no errors, uSD 8GB

no error msg? So what happens? Does it recognize the device (allow you to select it in the device drop-down)?

If it recognizes the device, what happens when you click "read"?

I solved the problem, it was an interference with the company's antivirus software, that changed recently. Just disabled temporarily the antivirus and it works ok now
