Downloading the Image writer

Trying to download the image writer off the sourceforge website, whenever I click to download it take me the "wait 5 seconds screen" then straight back to the file archive page. I've tried the direct link and other buttons but nothing is working?
I've also tried switching my firewall off but still no luck, is there another safe link someone can recommend?

Sourceforge had a catastrophic event recently, and have been working to restore all services. This should be resolved by now.

Can you help with this problem?
