UEFI only BIOS machine?

Will the USB stick boot on a newer machine with only User Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) Bios?

This is not a utility to create a bootable USB device. It only writes raw data from an image to a device, or reads raw data from a device to an image. If the image has boot characteristics suiteable for the platform you are working with, then yes it will be bootable.
