Start program error

Hello,

When I start the program I get the following error :

An error occurred while querying the properties
This usually means something is currently accessing the device; please close all
applications and try again.

Error 1: Incorrect Function

I have tried it also with an other pc and get the same error.

What could be the problem?

*Something*is accessing the drive. A virus checker, windows explorer, something. Find that something, shut it down, and the problem should go away. There are more ideas in that linked FAQ. Good luck.
