Is there an image writer for Mac of should the disk utility be used.

I have a mac and I'm trying to change the OS on my nook, but I can't run EXE. on my desktop is there any alternatives?

This project does not have a Mac binary. There may be alternatives out there, but I'm not familiar with them.
