Image Writer

image writer seems to be looking for .img not iso

Asked by matthew barnett

using xp machine-novice user trying to get Linux EE machine to UBUNTU or chromebook

creating memory stick can not write software onto stick with image writer

was getting could not get handle on file error 8

now image writer seems to be looking for .img files only not .iso

Please can you help

In "Open File" dialog write * (star) and press ENTER.
