How about exponentially increasing time speed?

Currently if you press the button to increase time speed, it's just increased by 1. If you hold the button, it raises faster, but when it's around 200 you need to wait until it reaches 1000.
I guess noone needs the possibility to change time speed from 234 to 235.
How do you think about doubling the time speed value each time the button is pressed?
The other way round, when the button to decrease time speed is pressed, it becomes divided by 2 of course.

It makes not much sense to play the game at 1000 speed. The AI will behave differently then too. In fact, it makes not much sense to play the game faster than like 10x. I think linear is just fine.
