When to expect PPPOE support for wifi?

I use PPPOE to conect to internat, and i would like to be able to use WICD to connect to the internet over wifi network. are there any plans for PPPOE support in the future? I would wery much likto see that support in the next version of wicd, ist this possible?

We plan on including support for that in wicd 2.0, but we do not know when it will be ready for release (it may take a while).
