Be careful overwriting existing PDFs

When Whyteboard exports as a PDF, it simply creates a copy of the program's sheets into an image, and inserts that image into the PDF.
This can have bad effects if you overwrite a PDF containing text/bookmarks etc since none of this data is preserved.
