Can there be by default password diffrent than root password?

Most Window$ parental controls have different password than admin passwords can you make it default for WCC.
The main advantage is that you can give those pass to parents without worrying about condition of your system.
I'm 20y old and I'm maintaing my linux also I have 2 younger sisters I wold be glad if WCC could by default use pass different than root. That woul enable my to tell my parents that password without worrying that they will do something by accident.
I know that you recomend to add another user, etc. but you can make it default part of installation.
