Feature request: User-selectable refresh time

Asked by soldierboy101st

For my liking, the wallpaper refresh time is too slow. I would like to be able to tweak this value at will with either the config file or via the GUI.

For now, which value do I tweak in the source? I found this:

# Wait until the timeout elapses (30 minutes) or until the stop event
            # is set by another thread
            self.stop_event.wait(1800)

Is that it?

NOAA updates their data each hour, so lowering the refresh time would not make any good.

Can you help with this problem?
