auto-update weather conditions

It would be nice if the applets could be configured to fetch weather conditions in a configurable period of time and consequentially auto-update the wallpaper.

NOAA only updates hourly so while the program uses it to fetch the info there's no use in having such an option.
Of course if someone knows about a better service, which updates more often and gives more information I would be happy to use that service.
