Weather Indicator

Sunrise and Sunset times show as "Unknown" Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

With either weather.com or yahoo.com as data sources the Sunrise and Sunset times are shown as unknown. Yahoo.com and weather.com are the only data source options available. New install with all updates. Weather Indicator version 13.8.0 'Rainy 8' using Python Weather API version 0.3.8

This bug also affect Ubuntu 15.10 (Weather Indicator version 13.8.0 'Rainy 8' using Python Weather API version 0.3.8).
