Weather Indicator

The menu of indicator-weather in 13.10 is almost empty

I've recently upgraded to 13.10 from 13.04 and I have this problem. When I click on the indicator the pulled menu is almost empty. I only see weather forecast and the items below. Above that is a big empty space.

I also have a similar problem with syspeek. That's indicator for displaying system load.

I'm wondering if this is only happening for me because of some old config or something changed in Ubuntu 13.10 and the indicator needs update to work properly.

That's only the drop down menu of the indicator. The icon in the panel displays correctly.
