Invisible indicator

Asked by Maxim Dobriakov

Hello, All

I have installed Indicator-Weather (11.02.13+repack-0ubuntu1 (indicator-weather)) through Software Center and restarted comp. And I don't see applet in the top panel. But I see that indicator process is running:

closer@coreduo:~$ ps aux | grep indicator-w
closer 1203 0.0 2.0 121064 41444 ? Sl 11:45 0:00 /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/indicator-weather

Why the indicator is invisible?

Let me know if required additional information.

Thanks

P.S.

There is a bug submitted on this - bug #720030. Soon a new version will be released, so the problem should be fixed.

A workaround is openeing any indicator and moving left/right using cursor keys - Weather Indicator menu should appear. The problem seems to occur only for uncofigured indicator, later it should show up correctly.
