Do you guys have a chat room or mic program?

I am finding more and more things wrong with this current trunk build, and I am not sure if I want to blow up the bug report section or not. Does your team have a chat room or mic program like Skype or Ventrillo? I would like to be able to get ahold of you guys more frequently and easier to iron out these bugs...
