How do I commit Patches?

I'm using Bazaar Explorer GUI to change some parameters in a script file or two and I want to upload them to the Wargus branch - as they're for Wargus...I press F4 to commit and it works for the local brach on my PC, but when I go to "push" the branch to launch pad, it won't work.

Location is: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~stratagus/wargus/trunk/

I haven't checked any of the checkboxes below the Location text box either. I press OK, and it gives me the following error message:

What do I need to do in order to be able to commit patches and changes to this game, using Bazaar?

It seems that the Bazaar gods are displeased with your offering young Travis. Have you undertaken the pilgrimage of GNU? For it is written, "Lo, for to upload to Bazaar one must be pure in GNU, and be baptised into the Stratagus Team."
