Hello tracyone and thanks for your answer!

Wallch 4.0 final is available into Ubuntu 14.04 repositories, so you can search and install the program from Ubuntu Software Center.

There is no need to install any PPA for this :)

If we say so somewhere, please point me to that location in order to correct it.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask tracyone for more information if necessary.
