votebots future

Is votebot even going to be worked on further in the future? I havent seen much activity from the team in a VERY long time, if any work is done it is either myself or Nathan doing it.

I plan on fixing up a few minor issues and adding some small new features. However, other than these changes, I do not have any plans to add new stuff to VoteBot. I will continue to maintain it and patch issues as they are reported, but that is about it. As has been noted on several occasions, VoteBot really needs to be updated to be multi-threaded. However, this will require some major changes to the code, and I currently have no plans of implementing this. VoteBot's code is available via bzr, so anyone who wishes to add this functionality (or any other feature) is free to do so.
