Found External router

I would like to know how VMTP finds out the external router?

In my vmtp.cfg file, I put a random name for the router, there's no other router in this name, But there are 3 external routers in other projects with different names.

But when I ran the vmtp command, it finds the external router which is one the 3 routers from other project and yet it cannot make the connection between the newly created network and that external router.

I need to create a new external router according to my vmtp.cfg, but it is not doing it.

How to proceed?
