Set location of disk image

It is not quite clear if - or how - to set where vmbuilder will save the disk image. The default is "~/ubuntu-kvm/disk0.qcow2", and is quite difficult to move when created (without messing around in XML).

The --raw -argument may be it, but it needs to be preallocated, formatted, etc.

Seems the --destination DIR (short: -d DIR) sets the folder to which the file-system files is saved.
