install failure

Asked by kent smith

I've been trying for some hours now to get virtualbricks to install. My system is Ubuntu 10.04; 8 GB of memory, 454 GB of free space. I've installed and uninstalled many times, and have rebooted the machine several times. I've also tried different directories. Currently it's in ~/home/kentfx/virtualbricks

When an error message appears, it's always:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/bin/virtualbricks", line 22, in <module>
    from virtualbricks.gui import VBGUI
ImportError: No module named virtualbricks.gui

There is in fact a folder "gui" in /virtualbricks/virtualbricks/

If someone could suggest something I'd certainly appreciate it.
