2.6.24-22 kernel modules ?

Are there any 2.6.24-22 kernel modules available for VirtualBox ? I noticed there aren't any packaged in Universe, but are there any available from another repository ? Failing that, how would one go about building them ?

there is a PPA available too, however it is recommended to build manually which will also work for futrue versions.
