Removed wallpapers are returning.

I remove wallpapers that I don't like. But after a while the wallpapers returning on the list.

I would like to have my deleted wallpapers on an exclude list and they will never come back till I remove the wallpaper from the exclude list.

Deleted wallpapers' download URLs are included in a banned list and not downloaded again. But the different wallpaper sources often contain various slightly different (or practically equivalent) versions of the same wallpaper and the same wallpaper can be download from another image source.

And saving the hash of an image into a list, and compare the hash of a new image to the hashes in the list.

With ImageMagick you can make a hash.

Perceptual hash: maps visually identical images to the same or similar hash-- useful in image retrieval, authentication, indexing, or copy detection as well as digital watermarking.
