Someone else would have to build it. I don't have Fedora installed, I don't have any experience with it, I don't know how to package an rpm and I currently don't have the time for this. Even if I manage to create the package I don't know what's the correct way to distribute it so that users get updates (i.e. what is the equivalent of a ppa). If you need it, please turn to someone who you know can package it. Variety depends on Python 2 and several libraries and packages. I also see there is a tool deb2rpm, you may give it a try.
