I'm really sorry for laaaaaaaaaate reply.

This project is abandoned by me, so I have no plans for regular updating of this PPA to current versions of uWSGI. If you can update to 12.04 LTS (when it will be released), it will be the best solution. 12.04 has improved uWSGI package in official repository.

However, not long ago, Lucid part of PPA was updated to 1.0.4 (thanks to sponsorship from Kevin Bowling of bbox.io). I hope it will help you.

Thank you! My hope is to update to 12.04 when it is more widely deployed. I'll take a look at the updated Lucid release... I didn't notice that in the PPA.
