Something like this one - Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, an autonomous organization under the Department of Agricultural Research and Education, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. http://www.iari.res.in/ and other such organisations around the globe.

Reach out to the big names in the bitcoin sphere - and get them to vouch for the uro concept - I saw mike tweeting them one by one. But we need a more formal approach

2 you have 2 pr guys, but we dont know them, can we help or say hi? do they plan on interacting with the community? are the materials they make already in the hands of the niers? if they are professional PR curators i wouldnt expect them to go to bitcointalk and combat fud, but if they are people helping with pr and worked with GES, maybe they could.

3 get contact info for all the niers up and an intro, is it safe to assume all the niers currently are reps of GES?
