[Feature Request] Enhancement of the scroll wheel handling in Unity Launcher

Hi,

At this time, in the Unity Launcher, one can roll on the scroll wheel on an icon to unminimize a window or cycle through open windows.

I think it would be a huge improvement if one could continue to do the same by scrolling down, but also minimize these windows by scrolling up.

I can't tell you the number of times I wish it was possible. It could be very useful to perform a quick check on a window without having to click at all. Scrolling down to see the window, then scrolling up to minimize it...
