why does dash scrollbar have a different behaviour from the overlay scrollbar

The overlay scrollbar behaviour found in ubuntu is a useability improvement and i think the dash's scroll bar would benefit from having this same behaviour. Is it in the works?

thats something that did not get implemented due to time constraints this cycle, will hopefully be implemented for the LTS

Overlay scrollbars work just as a substitutes of gtk scrollbar... Well dash doesn't use gtk to draw itself :)
