shell commands

IN ubuntu 10.10 i CAN LOGOUT MY DESKTOP USE COMMAND gnome-session-save --logout
But in ubuntu 11.04 I use unity desktop ,i tried the command gnome-session-save --logout
 It does not work!
What can i do for this ?

Unfortunately, this appears to be a documented bug / disabled feature that was introduced in 11.04.

yeah ! May be it is a bug!But how does it works when i click the button"Log Out "in the start bill?
And also it just like to run the command "sudo halt" when i click the "Shut Down"Button from the start bill!
At all ,how does it work when i click the "Log Out "button?

As you can see from the bug report, this has been solved. You should already have got the update on Precise. Hence please mark this question solved.
