Where to put an idea?

I have an idea for a revolutionary new version of workspaces. However, I'm totally new to this, and I'm not sure I am knowledgeable enough about coding to create a "blueprint". If I had, let's say, a PDF of my idea, where would be the best place to show it to the community?
