Is there any keyboard shortcut to launch *new* instances of applications?

When you right click on the icon of an application, it goes to the application instance already launched or launches a new instance. That can be done using super+<character> as well.

When you middle click on the icon, it always create a new instance of the application. Can it be done by using a keyboard shortcut?
