Unity-Webapps-Telegram

The app window must be open to get number of conversations. When I close it, ubuntu won't get any new conversations notifications (or even numbers).

I close the empathy, but yet I get the notifications. How about that?

When I have the Telegram in the tray menu, shouldn't I get the notifications?

The windows app of Telegram do this without any problem.

Empathy it's a native application, then it's running in background.

Telegram webapp is just a launcher for Unity, using a web as service. If you close the Telegram window, you're closing the web, then you will not have notifications ;)
