Any way to change color when resizing window?

Asked by Kelly Hyde

I've used Unity Tweak Tool to change pretty much all of the orange in Unity default to blue (thanks for making this tool--I'm so much happier with this color scheme). However, the only thing I can't seem to change is the color overlay when resizing a window (very similar to the window snapping color). Is there any way to do this and could it be included in a future release? Thanks!

Just checked about this one - it's in CCSM, hence it can be included in some future release.
We will definitely consider it! Thanks for the suggestion! :)

It can go in Window Manager - Additional for now. Like this:

*Resize window*
   Outline colour: <gtk-colour-box>
           Fill colour: <gtk-colour-box>

This is already in GIT, should land in the next PPA build :)

Thanks! Just got the update.

Also, just to let you know, the window resizing is also affected by Bug #1099067, although I'm not sure if the fixes in the backend rewrite will also fix this. I'll add a comment to the bug report just to put it on record.
