how can i uninstall unity mail because i cannot fill in the form correctly.

Error: unrecognised server welcome message. None

Your settings for A1 should be:

Host: securemail.a1.net
Port: 993
Name: reiter.f (or <email address hidden>?)

You can uninstall it just like any other software: via Synaptic, any software manager you use, or from the terminal. The terminal command is:

sudo apt-get remove unity-mail --purge
