how can I scan several IMAP folders inside of one account?

Hi,

You can specify extra folders using 'ExtraFolders' option of the configuration file (~/.config/unity-mail.conf).

Under [General] section, add a line like this one:
ExtraFolders = user@domain:folder1, user@domain:folder2 ...etc

For example, to specify GMail's "All Mail" folder, use "<email address hidden>:[Gmail]/All Mail".

Unfortunately there is not graphical way to configure that, feel free to file a bug about that.
