OK, it's an easy thing. Maybe it's better to add a config option to automatically mark all your mail read?

Hmm, I don't think that "mark all as read automatically" is very usefull. My idea was have something to mark as read when you receive an email that isn't important, só you can mark it as read and delete/archive later.

OK, it was just a suggestion.

Yes, is possible a good thing for someone. But I really think it doesn't make much sense, since you use the Unity Mail to warn you when you got an new message.

At least if you make it by yourself, you already know what messages you got there.

Other thing is, maybe, see the title of message in Inbox, I know is one more work to you, but is a suggestion it could be good :)

Unity Mail for sure have a great potential, even more now that Ubuntu (and other distros) are using Unity.

Something that could be cool for you is integrate in some way with the Message Menu. Today I'm using Unity Mail and GM Notify.

Some people (@satchitb, @Allan, ...) here (http://www.webupd8.org/2011/06/unity-mail-displays-gmail-unread-count.html) asked me NOT to integrate with messaging menu, so I didn't do this yet. But I will maybe make this optional.

Hi, Unity Mail now supports Messaging Menu (http://www.webupd8.org/2011/09/unity-mail-gets-ubuntu-messaging-menu.html), but unfortunately I can't find a place where to place a shortcut for "Mark all as read" feature.

Messaging Menu supports only "static" shortcuts (i.e. to execute a command), and when adding a new element to the quicklist, it appears above existing ones, which makes a mess for me.

Other ways include using DBus and making the whole quicklist dynamic, but I think it's too much cost for the feature. Maybe I'll consider those later.

Fix Committed!
Ted Gould told me that Messaging Menu supports dynamic shortcuts, so I've created a one. This feature will be available in the next release.
