Unetbooting on 32bit os

i'm having a random problem and kinda persistant with unebootin, it doesn't install gldr it prompts with an error about the emtx.exe file saying that is a 64bit signed exe and that i can run it at all.. or when it doesn't show this error the installation of gldr doesn't happen at all i get a boot error saying i don't 've gldr on my partition.
i'm currently using the last version posted on the sourceforge page -> http://sourceforge.net/projects/unetbootin/
