UNetbootin

can we fix this “unetbootin” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.

I was trying to install unetbootin in my OSX 10.9.2 Maveriks IMAC and got the following error.

“unetbootin” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer."

Is this something that can be fixed or does apple make it too hard?
