Retrieving .iso from Unetbootin usb drive

I used Unetbootin to place a downloaded .iso on a usb drive. It installed and worked perfectly. The downloaded .iso on my hard drive was erroneously removed. I now want to extract the .iso from the Unetbootin usb drive and place it back on my hard drive for possible use again with any media (CD/DVD/USB drive). How can I do that?

Not possible - it goes through some changes between when it's on your hard drive and when you put it on your USB drive. I'm afraid you'll have to re-download it.
