Add bug function unavailabe, why?

I want to add feature request - add network settings to choose proxy (with auth) for downloading from network, but looks like link "Add bug" on the right side of this launchpad doesnt work in any browser, while this - "Ask a question" works ok.

So I'm not sure why you're unable to add a bug - it's probably an issue with Launchpad, though you should be able to do so from https://bugs.launchpad.net/unetbootin - but as for your feature request, proxies can and should be configured at the OS level, and I'm fairly certain UNetbootin will respect those proxy settings, so it doesn't make sense to add a redundant interface to the application for proxy configuration.
