And if can't extract on other partitions then IS IT SAFE TO INSTALL The another OS using UNETBOOTIN on C:/ where my win7 files are already existing??

Yes, it is safe to let UNetbootin put the installer files onto your C: drive. (However, after booting into the installer you need to select another partition to install the OS to).

Can you help with this problem?
