save changes

Asked by Berel Dere on 2010-06-19

Hi,
I "installed" Ubuntu 9.10 with UNI to my hdd. I have several questions.

While choosing the ubuntu ISO file I had only C: drive as a choice of destination. Is it possible to change this?
Any way to save changes made in ubuntu? Each restart reverts it back to default settings.
At the desktop of Ubuntu there is an icon 'install Ubuntu'. Is there any risk of using it?

The explanation is rather lengthy, so I wrote a wiki page for it. See http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/unetbootin/wiki/installmodes

Can you help with this problem?
