vim ultisnips plugin doesn't work

i'm use vim on arch linux and ultisnips plugin doesn't work for my even i tried to use neocomplete and YCM but they don't work for me too, what can i do?

my guess is that your vimrc is broken.

filetype on
filetype indent on

this is definitively not good to have before your plugin configuration. I do not know about plug- a lot of plugin managers mess up sourcing of ftdetect scripts - but vundle works nicely. So try that?

Otherwise you'll need to cook your config down to a minimal repro case, your files are too long to debug.
