How to use UltiSnipsListSnippets

Asked by Shinichi Okada

In line 151 of the doc at http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~sirver/ultisnips/trunk/view/head:/doc/UltiSnips.txt, it says to use ctrl-tab for UltiSnipsListSnippets. I change to insert-mode in a html file and hit ctrl-tab, but it just moves one tab.

What am I missing here?

Your terminal emulator likely does not pass this through. Either use gvim or switch the setting to something else or use a good terminal emulator (like iterm2).

I use iTerm2 with zsh. Is zsh the problem?

there are some option to configure what ctrl does - go through the settings tab in iterm2. But frankly, you should maybe just switcth the setting away from using anything with ctrl- in its bindings if you plan to use vim on the console.

It seems like I am not only one who has this problem. I will assign a different key binding to .vimrc for g:UltiSnipsListSnippets and I let you know if it works or not.

Yes, it seems so :). And the answer is the same - feel free to provide a doc patch where you would have expected to find this information.

Can you help with this problem?
