UltiSnips

UltiSnips doesn't load filetype-specific snippets by default.

The snippets listed in "all.snippets" work automatically, but all other snippets must be loaded using UltiSnipsAddFiletypes first.

The ftdetect/ script that comes with UltiSnips is not executed. Likely, you messed up the installation of your bundle tool.

others should be similar, make sure you follow the ordering of commands in your vimrc at the beginning exactly. Vim is super fragile otherwise.
